We believe great teams deserve great intake

PrioritiCore was founded on a simple frustration: too many engineering and product teams are building the wrong things — not because they lack talent, but because they lack a rigorous system for deciding what to build.

Our Mission

Make intelligent intake prioritization accessible to every enterprise team

We're building the intake layer that sits between requestors and delivery teams — replacing spreadsheets, Slack threads, and gut feel with structured workflows, objective scoring, and AI-powered guidance.

Our Vision

The world's leading intelligent intake layer for enterprise product teams

A world where every technology investment decision is grounded in evidence. Where "we built that because the VP asked" is replaced with "we built that because the data said so."

Our story

PrioritiCore was founded in Toronto, Canada, by practitioners who had lived the problem firsthand. Across decades of enterprise product management, program delivery, and engineering leadership, we kept encountering the same dysfunctions: requests arriving through every channel imaginable, prioritization happening in the calendar invite before the meeting even started, and no consistent system for tracking what got built — or why.

The tools we had were either too lightweight (a Jira backlog with no intake discipline) or too heavyweight (full project management suites that required dedicated administrators to maintain). What we needed was something in between: an intelligent intake layer that added rigor to the prioritization process without adding bureaucracy.

So we built it. PrioritiCore is the intake system we wish we'd had — designed from the ground up for enterprise teams who need to move fast, stay aligned, and make defensible decisions about what to build next.

We're based in Toronto, Canada. If you're passionate about intelligent prioritization, we'd love to hear from you.

What we stand for

The principles that guide every product decision we make.

Data over opinion

Every prioritization decision should be grounded in evidence — business value, strategic fit, cost of delay — not who has the loudest voice in the room.

Transparency

Every score is explainable. Every stage transition is recorded. Every decision has an audit trail. Teams should never have to guess why something was deprioritized.

Respect for the funnel

Not every request should be built — and that's okay. A healthy intake funnel means thoughtfully deprioritizing work that doesn't serve the strategy, without losing the context of why.

Continuous improvement

The best intake processes evolve. PrioritiCore is designed to grow with your team — more stages, smarter scoring, better coaching — as your organisation learns what works.
